bobbles offers a free month of service for every new customer. Sign up for your free trial and you will instantly have access to your favorite TV Shows, Channels and Movies.

Simply go to to get started. Just enter your name and email, choose a password and the plan that’s best for you - and start watching.

You won’t be charged during your free trial and your Membership will end automatically! If you want to continue watching, please go to my bobbles  and fill in your payment details and choose your plan and start unlimited watching. 

bobbles Membership is a month-to-month subscription that begins at the day of your sign up. You can easily cancel anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Just sign up to get started!

Credit Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions in order to work with bobbles. International cards must be enabled for international transactions.

PayPal: bobbles accepts PayPal as a payment method as long as it is available in your region. If you do not see PayPal as an option when signing up or when you are updating your payment method, PayPal payments are not available in your region at this time. Feel free to check back periodically to see if this option becomes available.

If you need to update the payment method on your PayPal account, can help walk you through that process as well.

We have a variety of plans which fit your personal situation. You can choose between reception by "OTT“, which means reception on all your devices and by "DTH“ to watch bobbles via satellite, or you choose both. The prices between OTT and DTH vary as shown in the webshop. The price won’t change, no matter how much you watch.

If you choose to remain a member of bobbles, you'll be billed once per month after your free trial ends. The date corresponds to the date you originally signed up (one month ago).

If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month, you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead. Monthly charges are billed at the beginning of your billing cycle and may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account.

bobbles offers different plans for each package in order to provide the best plan for you. The plan you choose determines which country's channels can be watched and whether they can be streamed on your devices or watched via satellite. No matter which plan you choose, you can install the bobbles app on as many devices as you want.

You can change your plan at any time. Go to my bobbles and upgrade your package easily.

You can watch bobbles via Satellite (DTH) on TV or stream it on your devices (OTT). For the satellite reception, you need a receiver, which can be ordered directly on our website. If you want to watch bobbles on your devices, you need an internet connection that is suitable for streaming.

You can watch instantly from any IOS or Android Internet-connected device that offers the bobbles app, such as a computer, mobile or tablet. These devices are manufactured and sold by device manufacturers.

Our numerous tv stations include thousands of movies and TV shows available to watch instantly on any device that streams bobbles. You can pause, rewind, fast forward or re-watch as often as you like.

Yes, we offer all programs in best SD quality. The picture quality while streaming movies and TV shows may vary from computer to computer and device to device. Picture quality may be affected by a variety of other factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection.

Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet standard definition. Please check also for information on possible Internet data overage charges, as you are responsible for all Internet access charges.

At the moment you can use bobbles on one device only. If our customers desire it, we will offer a plan to watch bobbles simultaneously on many devices. The actual number of devices that can be used then will depend on your Membership plan.

bobbles streaming software enables you to instantly watch content from bobbles through any Internet-connected device that offers the bobbles app. The software may vary by device and by medium. The functionality may also differ between devices. The use, warranties and limitations of the bobbles software is governed by our Terms of Use.

Members with a streaming-only plan will be able to watch bobbles instantly through the bobbles service in whole Europe where Internet is available. If you have a DTH plan, you can also use our service in whole Europe, where the satellite signal is available.

To activate your smartcard, please do the following steps:

  1. Connect the box with your satellite dish and insert your smartcard correctly in the box with the golden chip facing down.
  2. Follow the steps of first time installation of your box:
    • Choose your language.
    • Do the channel search.
    • Select a channel list e.g. bobbles TV India.
  3. Tune in to a specific bobbles channel (For example: if you are subscribed to the Indian Satellite package, you can choose between channel number #0001 – #0013). Once you are tuned into a bobbles channel e.g. #0001 (StarPlus UK), Message 109: “Your Smartcard has expired. Please stay tune to this service. Once the activation is done, this message closes.” will appear on your screen.
  4. Leave both the TV and the box on and, at the same time, go to on your computer, sign in to your bobbles account and click on „Smartcard Activation“. Enter your smartcard number in the fields provided and click “continue”.

Your card should be activated within a few minutes (up to 1 hour max.). When it is activated, message 109 will disappear from your screen and you’ll be able to start watching

The bobbles channels are only available on Astra 19.2°E. If you can’t find our channels during the installation of your box, please make sure that your satellite dish is pointing to the correct satellite.

To start watching movies and TV shows from your Windows, Google or Mac computer:

  • Open an Internet browser and go to
  • Sign in to your bobbles account.
  • Select a title to play.

If you do not already have the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in installed, you may be prompted to download and install the free plug-in for your web browser. Just follow the instructions to get started.

The minimum required connection speed is 0.5 megabits per second.

While watch instantly works with many different levels of broadband, the speed and bandwidth of your broadband Internet connection may impact your viewing experience. (bobbles streams a small amount of data as a buffer each time you start a movie or TV show. Frequently starting and stopping movies or TV shows will result in a minor increase in the amount of data bobbles streams to you per hour. In most cases, this will be less than a few minutes' worth.)

bobbles is a streaming service - movies and TV shows are streamed over the Internet, not being downloaded. Therefore you must be connected to the Internet to watch bobbles.

You can change your bobbles plan at any time. Just go to my bobbles and change it easily.

We don’t want to see you go, but if you need to cancel your Membership, all you need to do is: Go to my bobbles, click "Cancel Membership" and it’s done. You can cancel your Membership anytime.

The duration of your plan is one month. After this period your subscription will be extended automatically for another month, unless you cancel your plan during this time. You can easily cancel anytime online. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
